This bird has an off white body color. The head & flight feathers are white. The back, wings & tail feathers are tan. The eye color is ruby red, has an extremely diluted neck ring. It maybe that the Champagne & Apricot with single dose of tangerine produces the "smoky" neck ring & will be "white" when the birds are a double dose of tangerine.
